As a Process Leader at IUC Öst, you will have a central position in the region's future work – where education meets industry and where the right skills determine competitiveness. You will coordinate the development of Teknikcollege in Östergötland and bring together business, schools, and the public sector around a common direction.
A mission with real impact
You will have the primary responsibility to lead the process of Teknikcollege in Östergötland. The role combines development work, project management, and collaboration both strategically and operationally. Part of the assignment will also be directed towards other skills development activities within IUC Öst.
Your focus:
Develop and strengthen Teknikcollege in the region at both strategic and operational levels
Build strong relationships between companies and educational actors, represent IUC Öst and Teknikcollege in relevant networks
Contribute to other development assignments within IUC Öst, such as skills supply, production development, EU projects, etc.
You will work closely with companies, municipalities, the region, Linköping University, and other process leaders within Teknikcollege Sweden. You will report directly to the CEO of IUC Öst and have significant autonomy in your role. In some skills supply assignments, you will work closely with your colleagues, while in other cases independently.
Who are you?
You are an initiator with drive and structure. You thrive in environments where many actors collaborate and where you can be the hub that makes things happen.
You have experience in project management or coordination responsibility and are comfortable in both strategic discussions and operational implementation. You should have good administrative skills and experience handling budgets and documentation.
Experience from schools and education is a merit. You may have worked with education-related areas within industry, the education system, or regional development.
Why choose IUC Öst
You will play a key role in the region's long-term skills supply
You will build a strong network within industry and the public sector
You will work in an organization with short decision-making paths and significant mandate
You will be part of a wonderful team where words like joy, care, drive, and forward-thinking characterize the team
